Equipment Share is hiring a Traveling Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) to support our Virginia and Maryland branches. You will perform maintenance and repair on rental and customer equipment, use laptops/tablets for work orders, and travel to customer sites as needed.
On-call shifts and overtime are possible; a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered. We provide OEM training year-round, competitive pay tiers (Tech I–IV), full benefits, and a team-first culture.
