Sr HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced Sr HVAC Technician for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee mechanical operations, demonstrating thorough knowledge and skill in the mechanical field, including plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration. This position requires strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics across a range of systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee mechanical operations.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
• Ensure all work complies with state and local mechanical codes.
• Demonstrate successful performance of job functions in the mechanical field.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

A minimum of five years of commercial HVAC experience is required.

Certifications:

A valid VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License is mandatory. Confirmation of a valid license will be required during the application process.

Skills

• Thorough knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical system maintenance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Knowledgeable on state and local mechanical codes.
