Mechanic/Laborerto join our crew immediately.

We are looking for a versatile individual who is ready to jump into a fast-paced environment. This role is a mix of shop labor and mechanical work. You’ll be responsible for assisting with fleet repairs and maintenance, ensuring our equipment is top-notch, and helping with general shop operations.

Want to make extra cash? We also offer acommission-based opportunity for on-call towing during nights and weekends. Don’t worry if you haven't towed before—we provide full in-house training!

• Experience:
  
  Previous mechanical or shop experience is preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  A State Inspection License is a huge plus, but not required.
• Availability:
  
  Standard hours are 9–5, Monday–Friday, but you must be available for occasional required nights and weekends.
• Compliance:
  
  Due to our agency contracts, all hires must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, as well as background and driving record checks.

• Starting Pay:$20–$28 per hour (depending on your experience level).
• Insurance:
  
  Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
  
  Bud’s covers 50% for both the employee and one dependent.
• Future Planning:401k plan and Paid Time Off (PTO).
• Extra Earnings:
  
  Commission-based pay for on-call towing.
