Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician Lead to support our high-volume wholesale food distribution operations. In this role, you will lead a small team in maintaining and repairing conveyors, automated material-handling equipment, refrigeration support systems, and facility electromechanical assets. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate work orders, and uphold strict safety and food-quality standards.
Partner with operations to minimize downtime, mentor junior techs, and help drive continuous improvement in a stable, family-owned company.
