Job Description
Reynolds Homestead in the Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation at the College of Natural Resources & Environment is currently searching for a Farm‑Forest Manager to support the Reynold Homestead FRRC in development, installation and completion of projects and maintenance of facilities.
Required Qualifications- Knowledge of forest management, forest biology, plant (especially trees), and ecosystem relationships.
- Ability to read and understand complex instructions relating to research; pay attention to detail and keep accurate records; set priorities; work independently and follow schedules.
- Exhibit mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair equipment failures.
- Knowledge of farm machinery and skill with power tools.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Previous forestry or related research experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check.
