Job Summary Responsible for assisting in the construction of walls, (wood and metal) according to VFP guidelines in an efficient and timely manner. Ability to perform job tasks with little to no supervision.
Essential Job Functions Assist in construction of walls/partition walls sections (wood & Metal) according to blueprints
Read tape measure
Use of hand tools/power tools (nail guns, routers, and drills), saws, and ladders
Lift/carry plywood sheets as needed
Building frames and close mods for shipment
Hang HVACS on shelters (when needed)
Installing roof membrane, and metal roofs
Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices
Prepare daily production sheets using accurate job numbers and production codes
Perform other jobs as assigned1st & 2nd Shift Available High school diploma or equivalent (GED) desired
Two (2) years of carpentry experience
Welding experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret simple correspondence and practical problems
Basic knowledge of mathematical formulasVFP | Explore Careers Pay Range $16.00 - $23.00
