About the Role:
Bobby's Auto Service Center is looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team in Hayes, VA! This is a great opportunity to bring your automotive expertise to a shop that values quality work and takes pride in keeping customers on the road. Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic inspections to identify mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
• Carry out routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Complete brake, suspension, and steering system repairs
• Conduct engine and drivetrain repairs as needed
• Use diagnostic scan tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues
• Document all services performed and communicate findings to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain Punctuality

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic required
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing domestic and/or foreign vehicles
• ASE certification(s) preferred but not required
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
