• Keep our community safe, clean, and well‑maintained
• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues
• Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Assist with painting, room setup, and small renovation projects
• Help maintain outdoor areas and common spaces
• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests

• Maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license preferred
