Requirements for the Job

Mechanical aptitude and basic technical skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
Comfortable bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Ability to work in varying temperatures (indoor and outdoor environments)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Basic computer or tablet proficiency
Ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment
Experience is a plus- but not required

Pay and Benefits

We offer competitive pay that will meet or beat any trade. During your 90‑day training period you will receive a base pay of $20.00 per hour. After training, you will be compensated by commission.
