As an RV Technician, you will utilize advanced diagnostic and repair skills or demonstrate a strong passion for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical components, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general maintenance. In this role, you will accurately diagnose problems by inspecting, testing, and evaluating RV systems to determine the root cause of failures or performance concerns. You will then communicate repair recommendations, provide detailed cost estimates, and identify any required replacement parts to the Service Writer to ensure timely and effective repairs.

Your commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction will play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Your expertise will enhance the RV experience for our clients, allowing them to enjoy their adventures to the fullest.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.
• Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills to be able to interact with vendors and team members

• 20 - $25/hr (based on experience)
