** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead maintenance activities across multiple ready mix plant locations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant equipment and systems.
* Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
* Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed.
* Partner with plant and operations teams to drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial plant equipment and heavy-duty vehicles.
* Ability to lead maintenance activities, coordinate work priorities, and support team performance across multiple locations.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
* Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance best practices.
* Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain a valid driver's license.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
