Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., provides residential, day program, habilitation, supported employment opportunities and behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is a non‑profit organization, accredited by the Council on Quality & Leadership, with locations throughout the West Hills and South Hills of Allegheny County.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible to the Manager of the Senior Citizen Center (Walden) and Assistant Executive Director of Community and Employment Support Services for the successful implementation of individualized plans for services and supports for people who attend the Senior Citizen Center (Walden), including:
- The coordination of services and supports
- Focus on CQL’s quality measures
- Compliance with CCI’s policies and procedures
- Compliance with 2380 regulations as determined by the service facility
- Compliance with the Older Adult Daily Living Center regulations (6 PA Code / Chapter 11) as determined by the service facility
- Performance of all ISP responsibilities of the Program Specialist position in accordance with the 2380 regulations
- Compliance with the Department of Human Services’ medication administration guidelines
- Quality improvement / assurance planning
- Completion of all responsibilities in a manner consistent with the agency’s vision, mission and values
- Personal / professional development
- Other duties as specified
- Up to $2,500 employee referral bonus for successfully referring someone to full‑time employment

Qualifications- Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of work experience directly with persons with disabilities; or
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of work experience directly with persons with disabilities; or
- Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of work experience directly with persons with disabilities; or
- One (1) year of management/supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in designing and implementing services and supports plans
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent references, both work and personal
- Act 34 clearance and FBI clearance, if applicable
USD $45,000.00 per year.
Maximum CompensationUSD $50,000.00 per year.
