Speech Pathologist

Qualifications- Current Virginia SLP License
- Experience in pediatrics or school settings highly valued
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
- Comfort collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
- Commitment to supporting a diverse student population with varying needs
- Provide speech‑language screenings, evaluations, and therapy to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirements
- Consult with classroom teachers and support staff
- Communicate progress effectively with families and school personnel
- Foster a positive, respectful learning environment for students receiving services
