Location: Courtland
Hybrid School Psychologist role for a 36‑week assignment in Courtland, VA. Provide student assessments, interventions, and support within a school setting. Deliver collaborative planning with educators, parents, and staff to promote student well‑being.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and provide psychological support for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized intervention plans
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well‑being through evidence‑based practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams for educational planning and program development
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with licensing and district policies
- Relevant degrees or equivalents in Psychology, Education, or related fields
- Valid Virginia State License as a School Psychologist
- Necessary certifications for school‑based services
- Minimum 1 year experience in school psychology
- Proven skills in student assessment, intervention, and collaboration
- Resume and license must be provided
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to school environments
