Rite of Passage is hiring a Youth Care Worker for Childhelp, Alice
C. Tyler Village in Lignum, Virginia. You will provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for at-risk youth in a residential treatment setting.
Responsibilities include meeting physical, personal and educational needs, documenting behaviors, and collaborating with staff to follow each youth's treatment plan. Starting pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour with benefits and a $1,000 bonus after essential skills training.
