As a Recovery Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing encouragement and support to residents as they navigate their treatment plans.
• Assisting residents in developing independent living skills and healthy routines.
• Monitoring and maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
• Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Upholding the values and mission of Patrick Henry House in all interactions.
