Location: Dumfries
ACTS in Manassas, VA is seeking a Rapid Rehousing Case Manager to provide case management and housing location services for clients in the RRH program. This role reports to the Housing Director and requires strong client advocacy and data entry into HMIS.
You will coordinate assessments, develop ISP plans, liaise with landlords, and help clients secure housing while pursuing long-term stability. Bilingual English/Spanish or other language skills are valued.
