This role is for a Quality Engineering/Test Automation professional with 5–10 years of experience who can design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions across web, mobile, API, CMS, and cloud-based applications. The position focuses heavily on test automation, CI/CD integration, accessibility testing, and AI-driven testing. The engineer will build automation frameworks, execute multiple types of testing, integrate testing into continuous delivery pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to improve software quality.

A particularly important aspect of the role is using AI-assisted testing to accelerate test creation, optimize regression testing, improve defect analysis, and generate better quality insights.

This role requires a 5–10 year Quality Engineer/SDET/Test Automation professional with deep automation-framework experience, Azure Dev Ops/CI/CD expertise, strong accessibility testing knowledge, and broad web/mobile/API testing experience. Candidates must have experience applying AI to software testing, rather than simply having general AI knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, accessibility, performance, and cross-browser testing.
  • Test web, mobile, API, CMS, and enterprise applications.
  • Apply AI-assisted testing for test generation, regression optimization, defect analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, automation coverage, and quality practices.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across web, mobile, API, CMS, and cloud-based platforms while partnering closely with engineering, product, and design system teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality engineering professional who is passionate about automation, accessibility, AI-driven testing innovation, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, and CI/CD practices, with a strong foundation in accessibility testing and modern engineering tools. You will play a key role in building scalable automation frameworks, improving testing processes, and integrating AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate test creation, optimize regression testing, enhance defect analysis, and improve overall quality outcomes.
