Job Summary
Ensure safety of pool patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies, while enforcing pool rules and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities Primary ResponsibilitiesMust be at least 15 years old and hold current CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certifications by American Red Cross or the equivalent.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required- Ability to react calmly and professionally in emergency situations.
- Maintain CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard skills to current testing standards.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work as a team.
Physically able to perform necessary lifeguard skills and lift 25+ lbs. - Knowledge of and ability to adhere to company policies and regulations.
