We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our team in Hinton, VA. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely transport live turkeys from the farm to the processing plant and return. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, animal welfare, and timely delivery.

• Operate a commercial vehicle with a CDL Class A license to transport live turkeys.
• Ensure the safe and humane handling of live turkeys during transport.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Follow all federal, state, and company regulations regarding transportation and animal welfare.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to transport activities.
• Communicate effectively with farm and plant personnel regarding schedules and any issues.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Experience transporting live animals, preferably turkeys or poultry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and animal welfare standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including loading/unloading assistance if required.
