GFL Environmental - 5498 Richmond Road - Responsibilities:
Driver & Route Management:
Dispatch calls to routes based on designated routing schedules and driver locations.;
Service Optimization:
Schedule services and adapt to customer service changes.;
End-of-Day Check-ins:
Conduct driver check-ins at the end of the day to review paperwork and route sheets.;
Cross-Departmental
Collaboration:
Coordinate with customer service, sales, maintenance shop, and operational staff to resolve service issues.;
Data Entry & Tracking:
Use proprietary software (including TRUX) to enter ticket information and track daily productivity.
