Republic Services - - Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy equipment at a recycling center, landfill or transfer station to transfer, spread, cover, load and/or compact waste or soil;
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment and ensure safety policies are followed;
Monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste in materials;
Complete Equipment Condition Report and report necessary repairs to supervisor;
Keep shop clean, serviced and stored at the end of each shift
