Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour (ABCD) schedule. 6A-6P when on days, 6P-6A when on nights
Pay Rate: $23/HR entry point into Georgia Pacific operations with conversion potential when roles open

Job Responsibilities- Manage inbound/outbound trucks using the computerized Win Scale system
- Keep warehouse and trailer levels on track by directing shuttle drivers
- Record weigh receipts for shipments and recycling fiber loads
- Monitor inventory levels in the Woodyard and Recovered Fiber areas
- Support safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance every day
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with inventory and yard management in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills for cost optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and maintain positive carrier/vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving under pressure.
- Experience with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience accessing and navigating databases
- Knowledge of transportation logistics (freight, trucking, rail, intermodal, carrier operations).
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP, and shipment tracking software.
- Scale Operator or Scale House experience
- Dispatcher
