Safe and Responsible Driver

As a Junk Removal Driver, you will lead a two-person team, safely operate company trucks, and provide exceptional customer service while removing unwanted items from homes and businesses.

You will be responsible for safely driving routes, managing jobs in the field, communicating with customers, and ensuring items are donated, recycled, or responsibly disposed of whenever possible. This position requires leadership, problem-solving, physical labor, and a commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience.

• Safely operate company trucks and transport team members and materials.
• Lead a crew and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address their questions or concerns.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing and service information.
• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Make decisions in the field to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify items that can be donated, recycled, or properly disposed of.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of trucks and equipment.
• Help generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding service.
• Represent The Junkluggers brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record

You must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Safe driving protects our customers, team members, equipment, and community.
