Drive residents to medical appointments, social outings, and facility activities using facility vehicles;
Assist Residents In & Out of Vehicles
- Ensure their comfort, security, and safety during transport;
Review Daily Transportation Schedule
- Be available and punctual to meet the needs of residents;
Document Transportation Activities
- Record trip details and any care provided during transit in accordance with facility procedures;
Maintain Facility Vehicles
- Ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained
