Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Operate jockey trucks to transfer full and empty trailers to and from processing areas as directed by management;
Update the Yard Management System in real-time and conduct yard checks twice daily;
Perform daily pre-operation vehicle inspections and post-operation cleaning; manage reefers in the yard;
Maintain communication with gate, dock office, and management to coordinate trailer rotations;
Operate equipment in compliance with DOT hours of service and load security requirements
