We are seeking Flaggers already certified in VDOT Intermediate / Traffic Flaggers / General Laborers. Enjoy working outdoors while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual(s).

As a flagger under the immediate direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will work as a team to establish safe movement of traffic around work zones, in accordance with safety regulations and/or Department of Transportation regulations. You will place signs, barricades, traffic cones, and other warning devices as needed, flag motorists to warn them of obstacles or repair work ahead, take ownership of the work zone, and pass vehicles safely.

Duties will vary according to job assignment.

As a general laborer under the immediate direction of the foreman, you will have a variety of duties including traffic control, pavement markings, installing signs, wheel stops, and more.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be reliable and on time.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, lift, stoop, bend over, and grasp for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Drug free always (subject to pre‑hire and random drug testing).
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License; clean driving record if offered a driving position.
• Must have a valid state  you don't have a driver’s license.

Full‑time.

Based on experience, starting at $18.00 and up, with a raise after 90 days probation period.

• 8‑hour shifts with some overtime.
• Monday to Friday.
• Saturday availability.
• Sundays optional.

• Driver's License (Preferred).
• MDOT and VDOT flagger certification (preferred but not required).

Will meet at our office in KG and drive or ride in our trucks to job sites.
