• Starting Pay:
  Stable pay starting at $1,339 / week after initial training (includes delivery premium)
• Step‑by‑Step Pay Bumps:
  Eligible for performance‑based increases as you gain experience. Each new level requires a minimum of 6 months at the previous step:
  • Step 2: $1,437 / week (eligible after 6 months at starting pay)
  • Step 3: $1,557 / week (eligible after 6 months at Step
    2)
  • Step 4: $1,618 / week (eligible after 6 months at Step
    3)
• Top‑Earner Potential:
  Our more experienced drivers average $84,100 / year (includes extra trips).
• Extra Earning Potential:
  Extra trips are available to easily increase your weekly pay.

• Dedicated Region:
  Cover a dedicated route network consisting primarily of the Northeastern states.
• Overnight Trips:

• License:
  Current Class A CDL.
• Experience:
  
  0 to 6 months of experience driving a tractor‑trailer.
• Team Mindset:
  Willingness to drive team.
• Physical Ability:
  Ability to unload a trailer containing cases of snack cake products, regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Endorsements:
  Ability to obtain a tanker endorsement within 30 days of employment.
• Safety & Professionalism:
  Good driving record (MVR) and demonstrated ability to work well with co‑workers and management.
