CDL-A OTR Driver

Finished CDL school and looking for your first real seat? You'll train with a mentor first, paid, then move to full solo pay. The freight rarely crosses the Mississippi, so you stay in familiar country and your miles hold steady.

• $1,200 to $1,700 a week, about $62,400 to $88,400 a year
• $0.55 a mile to start, up $0.01 a year to $0.65
• 1,900 to 2,300 miles a week
• $15 per stop after the first
• Weekly direct deposit

OTR lanes across the eastern states, drop-and-hook and live freight in the mix. Out about two weeks, then home for your reset. Planned loads, day and night dispatch.

Assigned, take-home, automatic or 10-speed, about 1.5 years old, 24/7 dispatch.

• New grad (120+ hours) or verifiable experience
• Acceptable driving record, no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years

• Lanes stay east of the Mississippi
• Paid training for new grads
• Assigned truck, weekly pay
