Job SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor – Finished Goods is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate operation of the Manville, VA finished goods warehouse. This role directly supervises a team of full-time Forklift Operators and partners closely with the Warehouse Lead and Logistics Coordinators to ensure on-time, accurate outbound shipment of finished goods. The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for team performance, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, HACCP standards, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
This role reports to the VP, Supply Chain and is a key part of the growing Andros North America Supply Chain organization.
- Directly supervise, develop, and hold accountable a team of Forklift Operators, including daily task assignment, coaching, performance management, and time card approval.
- In conjunction with Human Resources, responsible for interviewing, selection, onboarding, coaching, discipline, and performance management of warehouse staff.
- Oversee all finished goods storage, organization, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe, clean, and audit-ready warehouse environment at all times.
- Manage inbound and outbound finished goods flow to ensure accurate, on-time execution; coordinate with Logistics Coordinators on outbound shipment scheduling and dock management.
- Ensure all products meet customer quality specifications before shipping; verify loads and equipment match purchase orders and Bills of Lading prior to departure.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through quarterly physical counts and ongoing cycle count program; reconcile variances and input data into warehouse systems accurately and on time.
- Enforce all safety policies and procedures including forklift operation standards; conduct regular safety observations, and pre-shift safety briefings; investigate and document all incidents and near misses.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, HACCP systems, BRC or equivalent food safety standards, and OSHA requirements; continually observe for cross-contamination or foreign objects.
- Track and report key warehouse performance indicators including team productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time shipment rate, safety incidents, and other metrics as required.
- Maintain and optimize warehouse layout and design; plan and implement layout changes to improve flow and efficiency; inspect equipment and issue work orders for repair and replacement as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality, Customer Service, Logistics, Safety, and Maintenance to ensure smooth, efficient, and continuous warehouse operations.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, accuracy, and safety across warehouse operations.
- Provide guidance and training for warehouse teammates; conduct and lead team meetings to promote a respectful, productive, and safety-focused environment.

Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred. - 3+ years of progressive warehouse supervisory experience in a food distribution or food manufacturing environment.
- Valid forklift certification required; must obtain certification within 30 days of placement if not currently certified. Prior hands‑on experience operating sit‑down counterbalance forklifts strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of hourly warehouse teammates including coaching, performance management, and time card approval.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards, OSHA requirements, and food safety regulations including HACCP and BRC or equivalent standards.
- Experience with inventory management processes including cycle counts, quarterly physical inventory, and variance reconciliation.
