The Wholesale Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations within a high-volume wholesale distribution environment. This role ensures the efficient handling, storage, and shipment of bulk goods to meet customer demands and delivery schedules. The supervisor leads a team of warehouse associates, maintains inventory accuracy, and enforces safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong logistics experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced wholesale setting.

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to optimize efficiency
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Keep track of employee schedules and timecards
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Any other duties assigned by the store manager

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in logistics or supply chain preferred
• 3–5+ years of warehouse experience in a wholesale or distribution environment
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience in warehouse management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Forklift experience preferred
  • Will certify on site
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving history

• Sitting – occasional prolonged periods may be required
• Ability to operate certain machinery and equipment safely

This position will require employees to work in certain weather conditions, such as heat and cold, as well as potentially confined spaces.
