Distribution Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Position

Warehouse Associate – Full Time, 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12am) at World Market Distribution Center, Windsor, VA.

Hourly pay: $18.00 – $20.50, eligible for a bonus program starting Day 1. Includes employee discount.

• Load and unload merchandise manually and with equipment (Reach truck lift, Walkie‑Rider, Forklift, Stock‑Picker, Double‑Jack).
• Operate RF scanner with Warehouse Management System.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and climb stairs as required; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stock, replenish, pick, consolidate, and locate products physically and systematically based on operational focus.
• Complete daily productivity logs, equipment checklists, load plans, and other forms accurately and legibly.
• Meet or exceed departmental productivity and accuracy standards.
• Work at elevated heights where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb., stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, and work at elevations.
• Excellent interpersonal and personal work characteristics: safety‑first work, punctuality, full shift commitment, positive attitude, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and a passion for learning.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred; free training and (re) certification provided.

Steel‑toe shoe stipend, high‑visibility vest, and daily safety briefings. Dress code: casual and clean; shoes must be steel or composite closed‑toe, closed heel, and non‑slip.
