Responsibilities
Responsible for organization, placement, and delivery of all shipped goods into and out of NBB. Maintain stock of direct and non-direct supplies and storage of finished goods.
Schedule:
8am‑4pm, Monday‑Friday.
- Perform daily warehouse functions, including cleaning, stocking delivery trucks, and maintaining equipment.
- Adjust outstanding orders, input information, maintain logs, records, and legal shipping documents.
- Facilitate flow of products through the warehouse.
- Organize and predict space needs of multiple storage facilities.
- Operate warehouse‑related equipment (e.g., forklift trucks) to load/unload finished products and raw materials.
- Conduct and process monthly inventory in accordance with ATF, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure that quality assurance measures and processes are adhered to in warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 months of on‑the‑job experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
- Basic forklift operation knowledge and experience.
- Basic knowledge and experience in warehouse operations.
- Solid communication skills.
- Basic knowledge and experience in equipment requiring setup, adjustments, and operational procedures.
- Ability to work in cold temperatures; warehouse is refrigerated (42°F‑45°F) and ambient temperature.
- Move 160lb. keg 4ft. and stack safely.
- Wheel double‑stacked kegs up to 100ft., carry 35lb. in each hand, lift 50lb. up 54in.
- Push/pull weights up to 64lb. and maintain grip strength for 35lb. cases.
- Climb, kneel, crawl, twist, squat, and reach overhead.
- Frequent, constant standing and walking.
Starting wage range: $21.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education, location, and other factors.
