Now we’re looking for a Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Manager who’s ready to take the lead, inspire a team, and drive performance across our dynamic logistics center. Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 per year.

Schedule:

Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts.

• Lead Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.
• Set and communicate clear expectations — and empower your team to meet them.
• Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture.
• Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance.
• Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader.
• Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site‑wide events.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams.
• Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly.
• Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning.
• Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
• 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders.
• Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment.

• Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
