Shift Details
- 1st shift – 6:00am–2:30pm (overtime as necessary based on business needs)
- 2nd shift – 3:30pm–12:00am (overtime as necessary based on business needs)
Hourly wage range – $17.00–$21.50 per hour depending on department. $1.00 per hour additional for 2nd shift differential.

- Loading and unloading merchandise both manually and using equipment.
- Operating equipment such as reach truck lift, walkie‑rider, forklift, stock‑picker, and double‑jack.
- Utilizing RF scanner with Warehouse Management System.
- Perform physical tasks: standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
- Lifting up to 50lbs.
- Stocking, replenishing, picking, consolidating, and locating products physically and systematically.
- Completing daily productivity logs, equipment checklists, load plans, and other required forms accurately and legibly.
- Meeting or exceeding departmental productivity and accuracy standards.
- Working at elevated heights where applicable.
- Carrying out other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Equipment experience is preferred but not required; free training and (re) certification are provided.
- Safety is non‑negotiable: steel‑toe shoe stipend, high‑visibility vests, and daily safety tip briefings are included.
- Dress code is casual and clean; shoes must be steel or composite closed‑toe, closed‑heel, and non‑slip.
- Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible for the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
