LOCATION:

Buena Vista, Virginia Distribution Center

• Meet with shift leads to coordinate warehouse activities to ensure safe and accurate receiving and shipping of product.
• Supervise administrative and order process management, maintain open communication between office and customer service and warehouse floor.
• Develop and maintain systems to measure order fulfillment, accuracy and shipment timeliness. Provide various accuracy and production reports using SAP and BI information.
• Train and supervise associates to properly, safely and efficiently perform their jobs.
• Schedule personnel, equipment and services.
• Ensure product is shipped and handled with the highest quality standards while achieving maximum productivity.
• Compliance with NIBCO safety, OSHA, environmental and quality programs. Enforce good safety practices by conducting meetings, training, promoting accident prevention and enforcing safety. Actively working to maintain VPP Status.
• ISO Document Administrator.
• Analyze operating capabilities in relation to receiving, storage, repackaging and shipping, making recommendations for change as appropriate.

7+ years’ experience in distribution/logistics.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Web Ex, Cloud, and SAP preferred. Strong communication skills and quality focus.
