As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with our senior leadership team and play a critical role in driving execution, operational excellence, and organizational alignment.

Role Overview The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic and operational partner to leadership—ensuring priorities move forward, teams stay aligned, and critical initiatives get executed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities Scaling the Team
Partner with senior leadership to identify hiring needs and support team expansion
Drive onboarding and integration of new hires
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution
Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a central point of coordination across investment, finance, operations, and portfolio teams
Track key initiatives, timelines, and deliverables
Strategic & Leadership Support
Support execution of strategic initiatives including fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio operations
Lead and execute special projects and high-priority initiatives
Execution & Problem Solving
Drive initiatives from idea to completion
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges
✅ What We’re Looking For  5+ years of experience in executive, operations, or leadership roles
Proven ability to scale teams and execute complex projects
Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of business operations; VC/finance exposure is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
