We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with over 8 years of expertise in managing large-scale programs, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and within budget.
Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate across teams, departments, and stakeholders to achieve program milestones.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success.
Track and report program progress, performance, and impact metrics.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of program management experience, preferably in [technology, healthcare, etc.].
Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or other program management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Skills:

Certification in PMP or similar program management credentials.
Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives or strategic planning.
Knowledge of Life Science/Pharma/Healthcare.
