Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:


• Handle invoice processing and vendor payments

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger

• Assist with month-end close activities

• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of accounting experience with AP exposure preferred

• Strong understanding of reconciliations and general ledger processes
