Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.
Support reporting and analytics to drive business insights.
Assist with costing analysis and project-related financial tracking.
Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy.
Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
2–5+ years of accounting experience.
Experience with financial reporting, analytics, and/or costing would be a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
