WHAT TO EXPECT AS A VEHICLE SERVICE CENTER MANAGERAs the Vehicle Service Center Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the shop, including managing technicians and service writers, coordinating workflow, and ensuring timely and accurate repairs. You'll handle escalated customer concerns, approve repair work, manage parts and inventory, and track performance metrics.
