The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers with informative, empathetic and eager problem‑resolution support. The role of benefits coordinator involves educating union members about available benefits through their affiliation. Sales are only pursued when the customer opts in for additional benefits, and there is no cold calling; we work directly with union associations.
