Associate Dentist

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Perform restorative, endodontic, preventive, and limited surgical procedures
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and home care
• Document findings and treatments accurately in digital charting systems
• Collaborate with orthodontic and specialty providers for coordinated care
• Follow all infection control, safety, and clinical quality protocols
• Serve a diverse, often underserved patient population with a patient-first mindset
• Participate in training, mentorship, and continuing education programs
