College of the Sequoias accepts applications for part‑time adjunct faculty to teach Emergency Medical Technician within its Allied Health Department on a continuous basis. Screening committees will conduct candidate screening. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview. If the department does not need additional candidates immediately, applications remain in the queue for up to one year, or until the immediate need arises.

Assignments may include weekend and/or evening classes at the Visalia Campus, Hanford Educational Center, or Tulare College Center. Duplicate applications are not accepted; only the most recent remains active for one year. Positions are temporary and do not accrue tenure rights.

Job DutiesUnder the general direction of a dean or director, adjunct faculty will provide comprehensive classroom instruction to community college students. The majority of our departments require face‑to‑face teaching. Adjunct faculty will also be expected to collect and submit data on student learning objectives as needed.
QualificationsThe minimum qualifications for all disciplines are available in the “Minimum Qualifications for Faculty and Administrators in California Community Colleges.”
