College of the Sequoias Community College District accepts applications for part‑time adjunct faculty pools to teach in the Certified Nursing Assistant Program within its Allied Health Department continuously. Screening committees will conduct the screening of candidates. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview. The department maintains a pool of candidates until an immediate need arises or until one year of active status expires.

Part‑time adjunct assignments may include weekend and/or evening classes at the Visalia campus, the Hanford Educational Center, or the Tulare College Center.

Under the general direction of a dean or director, adjunct faculty will provide comprehensive classroom instruction to community college students. The majority of our departments require face‑to‑face classes. Adjunct faculty will also be expected to collect and submit data on student learning objectives as needed.

The minimum qualifications for all disciplines may be found within the “Minimum Qualifications for Faculty and Administrators in California Community Colleges.”
