Concorde Education partners with schools across the country to provide engaging, high-quality after-school programs that inspire students to explore new interests and build real-world skills.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Esports Coach to lead an in‑person after‑school esports program for middle and/or high school students.

This role focuses on creating a fun, structured environment where students can build teamwork, improve gameplay, and develop confidence through gaming.

• Lead and supervise in‑person esports sessions
• Teach basic to intermediate gameplay strategy and teamwork
• Organize simple practices, scrimmages, or friendly competitions
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for students
• Manage equipment and ensure students stay on task
• Communicate with program coordinators as needed

• Experience working with kids or teens (teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, etc.)
• Familiarity with popular video games or esports titles
• Ability to manage a group and keep students engaged
