College of the Sequoias accepts applications for part‑time adjunct faculty pools to teach within the Agriculture Department continuously. Screening committees will conduct the screening of candidates. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not assure an interview. If the department does not have an immediate need, applications remain in the queue for consideration until the need arises, or for one year in active status.
Adjunct Faculty Pools
Assignments may include weekend and/or evening classes at the Visalia Campus, the Hanford Educational Center, or the Tulare College Center. Positions are temporary and do not accrue rights to tenure.

Job DutiesUnder the general direction of a dean or director, adjunct faculty will provide comprehensive classroom instruction to community college students. The majority of departments require the ability to teach face‑to‑face classes. Current course listings can be found in the Academic Catalog. Adjunct faculty will also collect and submit data on student learning objectives as needed.
