Teaching duties in a few words

Within the Directorate of Cultural Affairs and Popular Education, under the authority of the director of L'Odéon/Conservatoire and in collaboration with the head of the department, your mission is to teach double bass as part of a teaching team composed of 37 professors within a conservatory of music and dance with community outreach. Your activities:

• Teach double bass to conservatory students.
• Prepare and lead workshops to discover the double bass.
• Participate in auditions, exams, and events organized by the conservatory.
• Collaborate with the teaching team for the follow-up and evaluation of students.

• State diploma of double bass teacher (or equivalent).

• Confirmed experience in teaching double bass.

• Recognized pedagogical and relational skills.

• Availability, dynamism, and ability to work in a team.

Assistant Conservator Principal of 2nd class

Art. L332-8 provision 5 of the general code of the territorial public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it is a part-time position with a quota of working time less than 50%. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
