Overview

We’re looking for skilled and detail‑oriented individuals to design and analyze structures that support and shape the built environment. Whether you are an experienced engineer or a recent graduate, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions.

• Use engineering systems and drawings to provide project coordination and structural design services and models for customers.
• Provide well‑utilized designs of members and connections for detailing and manufacturing that meet customer requirements.
• Assure building structural integrity and safety.
• Develop basic product and procedure knowledge, continually improving technical expertise.
• Focus on achieving department objectives, profitability goals, and continuous improvement.
• Meet design schedules to ensure customer service needs are satisfied.
• Collaborate with project teams to discuss problems, challenges, and cost‑effective solutions.
• Provide technical assistance to customers on specific projects.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
