Self-Help Enterprises has an immediate opening for a Loan Processor to support Loan Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities- Escrow/Title
- Preparing subordinations, Reconveyances, Grant Deeds, Lien Releases
- Removing someone from title after death
- Title search
- Clearing clouds/liens on titles
- Vesting
- Lending
- Loan Processing
- Loan Officer
- Preparing Loan Documents
- Funding
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
- Detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Self-starter
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
